Expert Q&A

I am on Day 20 of my cycle. Is there any test out there that I can take to give me accurate results if I am pregnant or not this early? I had IUI on December 2. I think I am having pregnancy symptoms, but this could also be my mind. Any advice?
Typically, the earliest a pregnancy test will turn positive is approximately seven to 10 days post-conception. I would recommend that if you buy an over-the-counter home pregnancy test, that you not use it until about 10 to 12 days after ovulation.
