I recently went through a miscarriage. Are there any foods that will help replenish my system while I am getting ready to try for another pregnancy?

It would be a good idea to stave off any possibility of iron deficiency by taking a multivitamin with iron and by eating iron-rich foods, including meat, and iron-fortified grains. When you lose blood, you lose iron. Of course, you should be taking the multivitamin anyway, for the folic acid it provides. Other than that, you should get plenty of rest and eat an otherwise healthy diet.
