I get my period every 27-32 days. Is that considered irregular?
There is some variability in the length of normal menstrual cycles, which is explained by the varied number of days required for follicular growth and maturation. Only about 15 percent of women have a regular 28-day cycle. Most women have cycles that range from 24 to 35 days. Although your cycle would be considered irregular, it does not mean you are not ovulatory. If you are wondering about your ovulation status, consider charting.
