Does using the treadmill or the speed I use it at affect my chances of getting pregnant?
Any exercise is great to continue and will not adversely affect your chances for pregnancy. If anything, regular exercise is a great stress reducer and helps keep women closer to ideal body weight, which enhances the chances of pregnancy.
