Ooh, this week has be interesting. Nothing really happened last week so there wasn't much to write about. This week I had my doctor's appointment and I passed the gestational diabetes test! But I think after that concoction they made me drink that I'll never drink Sprite again! Nasty stuff. Tasted like Sprite with a cup of sugar mixed in.

But, while that was good news, we had another scare. I had a couple of "leaks" and we thought my water might have broken! So, off to labor and delivery we go and I get back on the monitors. Turned out that the baby was just sitting on my bladder and that's what caused the leaking. Scared me, though.

Well, with 13 weeks left I can safely say that I'm almost ready for this kid. We've got everything in the nursery that we need, I know a lot of clothes are coming at the shower. I'm starting Bradley classes at the end of this month. Sheesh, it's getting close now. It's almost really scary. I'm gonna be a mommy! And I can't wait.
