I want to thank all of the ladies from Texas who have posted on my TTM board to welcome me to their state and give me lots of helpful info. I must say that I am really enjoying it here and I hope that we will be living here for a while!
Yesterday I saw the peak on my fertility monitor, so we are on baby duty this week. I am so anxious for our heath plan information to come so we can see which plan is best and get one selected! I was really hoping to get some help from an RE before Christmas but at this rate, I'll be lucky to get in before spring.
Everything seems to be going well with the sale of our house; today is the home inspection so we have our fingers crossed. But, we have been through the inspection twice already so we know the house is in good shape. We also have a home inspection on our new house here in Flower Mound, Texas. I am so anxious to get moved in and start getting my life back in order again. Of course, I have already selected which room will be the baby's room; it has a bay window and will be so nice and bright! When we get our scanner moved over I will send in a picture of the house. We were desperate to find a house with a pool but all the properties that had pools were not really that great or too expensive so we finally decided to forget the pool thing. At least this house has a yard that is big enough for a pool. Some houses hardly had any yard at all -- where would my babies play???
Last weekend we visited an area here called the West End Market. It was great -- live music, great restaurants. We had some delicious Mexican food and I even indulged in a gigantic margarita. It was woefully obvious that I don't drink very often because I felt very intoxicated at the end of the meal. My DH thought it was all very amusing!
This weekend we are going to Chicago to check up on our house and have dinner with some friends. It will be nice to be in our house again, even for just one night. I am starting to feel pretty cooped up in this apartment, especially since I don't have my car and I don't have anywhere to go all day.
That's all for now, so lets all make some babies this week!
Heidi
