July 23, 1999
I was right! The cycle was a waste. I actually thought for a minute
that I might make it until I got to see Don (before I O'd) but I was
wrong. I DEFINITELY O'd on Sunday. Hurt badly :(. But at least I'm going
to see Don today! We'll have all weekend together. I wish he could
spend the night off base, but he can't. So, I'll settle for having him
until midnight.
The only other real interesting thing happening in life is that we made the offer on the house! I don't know yet if it'll be accepted but I should know by Monday. And work is going well except for my friend Jeremy (the one who told me about the place) got himself fired. He WANTED to get fired, just not until he found another job. So he's a bit upset. And they had me work double shifts two days this week. NEVER AGAIN. There are just too many mean people in the world and I don't want to deal with them 12-16 hours a day. Well, I'm off. Everyone have a good weekend!
