Jerri's Diary Entries

Diary Navigation:

September 27, 2000

Hello and good luck to all those active TTC’ers. Rodman went to the doctor last Wednesday. I would say that what we found is definitely good news for now. The doctor thinks that some of his extra-curricular activities were impeding the swimmers. He thinks that since that he has abandoned that ugly activity that maybe in a few months the swimmers will be back in good shape. The doctor said that the swimmers that exit the body today were forming about three months ago. So, since it has been three months since he gave up this ugly habit, we should see some better swimmers real soon. His advice was to give the little critters until January and repeat the semen analysis. I guess, all in all, this hasn’t been too bad in the timing department. It will take at least that long for the cysts that I have developed to dry up and hopefully we can get back on the horse again.

I am undecided about continuing my diary or putting it on hold until at least that time. There are so many things going on right now with us that we feel are relevant to TTC that I almost feel compelled to continue to write my entries. We are both trying to make our diet a little more healthy, lower our cholesterol levels, and lose some unwanted and unnecessary pounds as well as get a house with a big backyard for our little ones to run wild in when they get here. For now, I am going to keep writing, maybe in a month or so I might decide to put my diary on hold. I think I may addicted to this place.

OUTSIDE TTC: I had some horrible experiences in the dentist office the past week and I am just now recouping from that. Rodman goes in just a month and I can’t wait to see what happens. He acted as if I was such a baby about the whole ordeal; we will see how he holds up when his time arrives. We have set monthly goals for ourselves and the month of October’s goal is to get his teeth taken care of. For the month of November, our goal is to find a house, move and get ready for the holidays. The month of December holds Christmas and all that accompanies that. Then, of course, January will mean another semen analysis for him and ultrasound for me and maybe more TTC. So, we plan to keep ourselves plenty busy over the next few months and maybe we won’t think about “not” TTC quite so much.

I am here to be the cheerleader, so if you need a shoulder to cry on or just someone to give you a good ol’ smack on the behind so you can keep your head up, let me know. I have invented my own private cheer and I will leave you with that:

GIMME A T
“T”
GIMME A T
“T”
GIMME A C
“C”

WHAT DO YOU GET?

PG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good luck all and keep in touch.
