June 7, 2000
Well, hello, I have recovered from my spell of anxiety, somewhat, and I am focusing on the positive. My appointment for my mammogram is on June 14, so I refuse to worry. I am going to think positive and pray. Right now I am sort of confused about the whole ordeal because my whole breast hurts, sort of glandular, so I am beginning to wonder if maybe I am PG and it was just too early the other day to test since it was with afternoon, diluted urine. Does it sound like I am grabbing for any hope, that is because I AM.
I have a pre-op appointment on June 19 so if I still feel like this, I will request a blood test just to make certain before my surgery. I have been so tired this week, more so than before. I was a little tired last week but over the weekend I rested and that is usually all it takes for me. Not to mention that I have been somewhat nauseated. Who knows, I am just going to continue to be an optimist and hope I get PG before another surgery. Wouldn’t that just be the coolest thing?
Rodman did something really strange this morning too. We were running late because we overslept and he stopped what he was doing to come and rub my stomach. I don't know why and he said he didn't either, but I can’t help but wonder if that, too, is another sign. OK, I am reaching again. I am going to leave this alone, and try to think about something else. But if you don’t mind, cross your fingers for me and pray.
