TTC#1, +HPT
Hi everyone, and yes, that says +HPT. As I suspected, I am pregnant!Boy, this is great! The first time around, it took us 7 months to get PG. This time, one month. What did I do differently? Nothing really. I have to say though, I am a STRONG believer in the OPK's. I have used them twice now, and gotten PG both times.

My story goes something as follows: Although I was PG last fall until I m/c @ 7 1/2 weeks, I had pretty much forgotten any symptoms or how I felt. Within days of having my +OPK, I started getting a weird feeling in my stomach. My first thought was, this is how my stomach felt when I was pregnant. Then, it didn't go away. Every day my stomach was churning, even when it wasn't hungry. It's just a different feeling, hard to explain. So, as all my friends at the TTC After Miscarriage board can attest to, I impatiently waited to test. Finally I tested on day 27 and got a ++, only confirming what I already knew.

This time my symptoms started much earlier than last time and are worse. My stomach has been sick since just a few days after O, and it hasn't gone away. They say that morning sickness is a good sign, so I'm hoping so. I have also been more tired than usual.

I have my first appointment Feb.16th. I don't know if the dr will do anything different than he did before. I will talk to him about this though. I am so worried that I will m/c again, anything he can do to ease my mind I will appreciate. Anyone reading or writing out there who is PG after a m/c, I would love to hear from you! I am keeping positive thoughts, but sometimes it's hard.

I know some of you are interested in details - for years I have taken a multi-vitamin, a vitamin B6, and E (for skin). Since my m/c, I have also taken one baby aspirin every day, dr's orders. I usually O about day 15-16, so we DTD days 10-15. Seemed to do the trick both times we tried this. :-)

I just got back from a few days in Vegas. Was profitable at the blackjack tables, and had a great time visiting with a good girlfriend who moved there, and my cousin, who goes there from Indiana every year for the Superbowl. I missed my puppies so badly, I couldn't wait to get home. Not to mention DH. Poor thing, his wife announces she's pregnant and leave the next day for Vegas.

Unfortunately, my diary is still sitting here under the Completed Diaries section. It was supposed to be moved up, but I guess it just hasn't happened yet. Although I would love to move on the PG diaries, I am going to stick around here awhile until I make sure everything is OK. Hope you all don't mind.

Congratulations to everyone with positive news this week! See you all at the PG diaries soon! And to everyone else, ++++++ vibes to you all!
