C#7, CD#31, No O or AF
Hello Ladies,
Well, as you can see from my stats, I'm at a standstill here in TTC land. No O yet, no AF...one or the other by now, please! My Dr. said that although the Clomid did not push my ovulation into fast action, could make AF come more or less "on schedule" (meaning a 30 day cycle). So far, nothing. I really just want to take action in some form or another, whether it's BD'ing because I O, or starting on the 100 mg of Clomid when my next cycle starts. But here I am, twiddling my fingers.
Poor Ocho is very, very sick with this skin infection. We found out it's a bacteria called pseudomonas, and it's antibiotic-resistant, so she's getting shots daily. Well, after a week, we've seen *some* improvement, but it's still pretty bad and some new spots have crept up. We are anxiously awaiting our skin specialist appointment, and hope he'll have something different to try. In the meantime, I've been doing research, and am going to try some holistic remedies with her, such as acidophilus and children's echinachea. We'll see how they do, I really doubt they could make anything worse.
Our Memorial Day weekend was nice, and fairly relaxing. It rained ALL weekend, but that's about par for Michigan! So, we hung out with the dog, visited with family, and went to a wedding. I also had today off, so I met a friend that I used to teach with for lunch. She has a little boy who just turned 1, and he is quite a cutie! We had a nice time.
Well, that's all there is here. If anyone has had a pet with pseudomonas and has any good ideas, I'll take 'em! Take care, and looking for some more good news on the boards this week and next. Tammy, good luck!
Your TTC Bud,
Laura
