Erin's Diary Entries

Diary Navigation:

Introduction

I really can't believe how fast the last couples of months have flown by. Christmas is a little over 2 weeks away and I just started buying my presents. I think I start so late because my little sister's birthday is at the end of November and we always wait to put up decorations and such until after it's over. My mother and I had a fun time putting up the Christmas lights, good thing it's been really mild here; it would have been interesting trying to do it in the rain :) My mother pointed out that this will probably be our last Christmas baby-less so we are already looking forward to next year.

I finished taking my progesterone pills last Thursday and AF arrived on Monday afternoon. So today is CD3 which means I start taking my Clomid from now until CD7. I'm really feeling good about this cycle. I hope that 50mg of Clomid does the trick to make me ovulate. I should be ovulating somewhere around the 20th which means I won't be able to test until the New Year. This is really getting me excited, I've been trying to think up creative ways to tell my family once I'm actually pregnant. I know that I'll take the home pregnancy test with Jason because I want us to see the look on each other's faces when it comes up positive. It will be so overwhelming and I'm really looking forward to it.

Well I think that's it for now. I hope your holiday season is going wonderfully. The Christmas season is definitely one of my favorite times of the year. :)

Take Care,

-Erin
