Hello everyone!
Well, I'm nearing the end of this cycle! I'd like to say that I expect that plus sign when I test on Thursday, but I'm guessing that AF will arrive on schedule. My temps went down .1 today -- and I feel a tad crampy. Ah well -- at least I went to the doctor last week and I feel we're on the road to figuring out what's keeping me from getting pregnant.

My doctor did an internal exam and found something that appeared to be clogging the system in there (trying not to be too graphic here). She took a bunch of samples and I have to wait three weeks for the results. Ah, Canada, health care's free if you can get it! Anyway, she said it didn't look that scary, and she thinks I may have a bug that's causing the problem and preventing any swimmers from getting up there. She doesn't know for sure, but that's her best guess right now. So I guess I'll see in three weeks.

I won't be writing my diary next week as I will be on holidays in South Carolina. I am so pumped about this -- I feel the need for a vacation. I've been reading on various boards that a lot of folks are going away next week; it must be that time of year! One of the great things about this site is the women we get to meet, both diary writers and visitors to the “Talk to Me” boards. Today I got to meet one of the women, Angela, who I met through my board. She was great and it was so nice to talk openly to someone who's in the same situation I'm in. Very cool!

Oh, the other big news here is that I bought a new SUV. Zoom zoom! I love it. It's a Mazda Tribute and it has spunk. It was lightly snowing here today and coming to work down the big hill was a pleasure. Now I just have to sell my Civic. Two car payments are certainly not the ideal in our household!!

I am doing a cookie exchange here at work when I return. I've already baked about six types in the past 10 days, and I'll get 10 more varieties this way. Yummy! I love cookies. I find cakes are too much and candy is too sweet. A cookie is just the right end to a meal. That and a cup of tea!

Anyway, hope everyone had a great week.
Jenn
