Hello all!
Wow -- I can't believe that summer's almost over. We've experienced rather a drastic change in weather here the last couple of days. It's gone from nice and sunny and warm, to rain, drizzle and cold! No in between to get me accustomed to the oncoming shift in seasons!

I am definitely a fall person. I hate wearing shorts and tank tops, even though I do like the summer weather. But I love fall clothes. They're not bulky like some winter stuff, and they come in such nice, warm colors. I'm planning an evening shopping tonight with one of my girlfriends. My mantra today is to exercise restraint (my Visa will appreciate that!!).

As you know, I am temping this week for the first time. It has me thoroughly confused. It was steady around 97.5 for the first number of days, and it's been going down ever since. It's now at 96.4. That's down more than a degree! I'm on antibiotics for a lung infection, but I don't know if that has anything to do with it. Plus all this coughing is making it difficult to sleep -- but I though that would make my temp rise. I'm afraid that if it goes back to 97.5, I'm going to wrongly think that that's when I'm ovulating -- or maybe that will be when I'm ovulating. Maybe this will all be clear after a couple of months of temping (although with any luck, I won't have to wait that long:)).

I'm looking forward to this long weekend. We're going camping with DH's sister, her husband, their son and his girlfriend. DH is the baby in a large family and he has siblings older than my parents! His nephew is close to my age -- which all seems very strange to me. He calls me Auntie Jenn!

Hope everyone has a great Labour Day weekend!

Jenn B.
