Jennifer B's Diary Entries

Happy Spring Everyone!

I wanted to make this entry a tribute to all the women who I've met online! It occured to me the other day that there are many women who I would now consider to be my friends! I gotta admit it -- I never understood how people met and developed relationships over the Internet -- but I have! And I'm sure most of you are in the same position.

I thought I'd share the stories of some of the great women I've met

There's Angela, who really is my TTC soul-mate. We are cycle buddies, Clomid buddies and even HSG buddies! She is always there for me when AF comes and, up until now, we've both experienced her arrival every month! But as we both head into Clomid cycle #2, I have confidence that we'll soon be swapping PG stories!

There's Jen, who has gone through so much in her efforts to start a family and who is struggling with her own demons to know that she will soon have her baby in her arms. Knowing that I was a little blue after 10 long months, she has sent me a care package to cheer me up! How nice is that!! This is someone I've never "met," making me feel like a million bucks. I hope I can do the same for her!

There's Jenny (yes, Jen, Jenny and Jenn -- whew, no wonder DH gets confused) with whom I share so much in common it's amazing. We both like to shop, to do crafts, to raise our two pupies, to read, to cook and to eat! I would love to have her pregnancy in common right now -- but that will come!

Uli and I are fellow Canadians who share a newfound interest in quilting. We trade images of fabric and classes we've taken. We chat about Canadian policies for TTC and pregnancy. I would love to meet her someday - as we only live a Rockey Mountain range away!!

There are so many other women who I've shared stories with, I discuss Alberta life and agencies with Margaret, recipes with Aimee, long cycles with Amy, quilting with Anne, hair tips with Dawn and Clomid with Brandi-Dawn. And there are so many more great women on this site!

I'm sure by the time I've moved to the pregnancy diaries, I will have met even more women and have even greater friendships. Maybe it's the Clomid that's making me sentimental today, but I thought I'd write about this anyway!

Hope everyone is having a great week!

Postive thoughts to all!
Jenn
