Hello Everyone!

So today I got the results of my day 21 progesterone test and my levels were 83.3. What does that mean -- anybody know?? I mean, the nurse said it meant I Od. But I had read that after conception, numbers should be above 15. Well, this is 83 -- and I was only 4 DPO? If anyone is a progesterone expert. I'd be really happy to hear any theories!

I am now 9 DPO -- and I can't wait until Tuesday to test. However usually at this time in each cycle I start to lose a bit of the excitement, I start to think, I can't be pregnant, I'd just know. I know that sounds silly, but I certainly don't "know" I'm pregnant.

I've felt a bit gross for 4 days now, basically just nauseous. But I'm pretty sure it's not m/s because I am only 9DPO!! But the fact that I feel a bit different gives me a bit of cause for hope. I should know by Monday if AF will arrive, my temps always go down by then -- but who knows what Clomid will do to that!

But to kill time, I am really enjoying our spring-like weather. It has been sunny for weeks, and it has been in the teens (or high 50s for you folks below the border!) for a week. My mom and dad are flying out from Ottawa this weekend. It's my mom's 51st birthday so we'll have a bit of a party. They get here tomorrow and we'll have cake and presents. Then on Saturday my mom and I will shop like fiends (we do that!) all day and we're going to a Spanish restaurant for dinner. They fly back Sunday night. I'm sure Sunday will incolve more shopping! I've been saving up for her visit.

Hey, I have another question -- how much exercise do you do while TTC and how much is safe? I've heard not to jump too much -- but should you jog? I've also heard that crunches are a no-no, but what about arm weights that sort of tug at your abs? My I'm full of questions today!

Anyway, I'll update you all on Tuesday or Wednesday next week on the results of the first 2WW on Clomid!

Jenn
