TTC#1, C#9, CD#2

Hello all!

Well, as you can see -- AF did arrive. I really thought she'd come on Saturday -- because my cramps were soooo bad! But she waited until 3 am Sunday. Thanks!!

So I think Fertility Friend was wrong and that I actually ovulated on CD 17. Which is still pretty cool -- 8 days earlier than the past number of months.

Today I had my appt. with the RE. He put me on Clomid which I start on Thursday. I'll try that for three cycles and if I'm not PG by then, he'll see me again. He wants to do an HSG as well. However the only day he could get me in this cycle is the 20th, which is the first day of my new job. I figure it wouldn't be a great idea to show up three hours late for a new job -- so I'll wait to get that done next month.

So I'm armed with Clomid and ready to take on the world. One thing he never told me about was timing to DTD. Any advice? I start on Thursday (CD #5) and take it for five days. When should we DTD?? I'm a little nervous about side effects -- we'll just have to wait and see I guess!

I had a pretty non-exciting weekend. We rented a couple of movies and did some errands. I bought a big, 12 inch frying pan that matches our set. It cost a fortune but should be great for pancakes and fish and the like.

As this is my last week at work -- it's the week I get taken out for lunch every day. My Weight Watchers weigh-in should be pretty scary! My largest client just sent me a huge vase of flowers. Next I get a going away party on Friday!

Well, back to work. I'm off to see Charlie's Angles tonight -- I'm probably the only person who hasn't seen that yet!

Positive thoughts to all!

Jenn
