Ladies,
Greetings! I hope you're all doing well and enjoying the beauty spring has sprung on us! I, unfortunately, don't have much to write this week so this will be short and sweet.
AF arrived Friday evening and she was a day late which upset me because I was fooled into taking a HPT. Of course, it was negative but that's nothing new. I actually didn't take the news badly because I'm at peace in knowing that God will bless us when it's time. I found the positive in AF's arrival in that now I can tan for two weeks (got a free two-week unlimited tanning pass from my gym) and in the long run this will give DH and I more time to just be "us." Don't get me wrong, If I found out right now that I was PG, DH and I would both be ecstatic, but finding the positive side to things keeps me from going crazy.
DH loves his new job and is learning a huge amount of new things. He's so pleased with his choice of changing jobs and he's so confident that we'll be financially set in a few years. We have a plan to purchase a new car next spring (see, positive thinking... if we buy a new car next spring, the baby .
Hope all you mom's out there had a great Mother's Day. I got flowers delivered to the house from our cats. How sweet of DH! Hopefully next year I'll be celebrating Mother's Day for real!!! We went to both our moms' for the day and had a nice time. In addition to my mom's main present, I did up two plain ladies' baseball caps (one white, one denim) with fabric paints and they turned out to be so cute. I did one with smiley faces and the other with flowers. She absolutely loved them. I'm glad. My mom's doing quite well and she's getting her strength back. Thank you God!!!
Well, this is all I have for now. Hope you're all doing well and taking good care of yourselves! Best wishes for a successful month for all you TTC!
Hugs to you all!
~Jennifer
