CD#15

Not much new to report on the TTC front. I am currently using my new monitor and nothing yet. No high readings or peak readings. I hope I get some soon. I want to see that. DH asks me every morning what it says after I test. LOL. I think that's cute.

Anyway, I'm sooo busy this week. Tonight after work I have to babysit for my mom's grandparents meeting. She hosts a meeting for grandparents raising their grandchildren. She is the legal guardian of my niece. She has been doing that since 1997, I think. I kind of lost count on that but I think that's when they got her.

On that note, I will only be here at work tomorrow for the morning hours. I am going to court with my parents on this same situation. Anyway, they have to go to court every three months to check up on the situation and see what changes they can make, if any. My niece and her mother get to see each other every Monday and Wednesday for four hours. Almost every time we go back to court with her she says she wants her back but hasn't made any attempts to improve her living situations so nothing changes. However, the judge is getting tired of bringing everyone back to court and not making any changes for the better so we'll see tomorrow.

Also, if you were wondering, my brother (her father) is in prison (for menial things) and so he can't keep her either. The sad part of it is I have another niece also. She lives with her other grandparents. It's sad that the two girls can't live together but it's just not at this time. So tomorrow they go to court and see if there will be any changes. I think eventually one day they will let both kids go back to their mother but at this point neither of them wants to go live with her. My youngest niece (7) says now that she wants my mom and dad to adopt her. When asked why, she says, "I don't want my mommy to come and get me when she wants to." We try to tell her that she can't, but I guess she tells her that she can. So anyway, she wrote a letter to the judge saying this: "I wont my granda and granpa to adopt me. I want to see my daddy when I want to and I want to see my Mommy evry oter weekend witout a coslr." This is how she spells it and everything. I thought that was soo cute. So anyway, tomorrow we will go to court and find out what happens. I always go to court with them for support.

Then Wednesday, my nephew who is 9 months old is having surgery. He has a cyst under his eyebrow and it has to be removed. So I will be off work that day for that.

On Thursday night I am going to get ceramics to paint with my in-laws. Then Friday is my other niece's 11th birthday so we'll go to their house to celebrate that. Then Saturday I have no plans yet, but I'm sure something will come up. And on Sunday DH will be hunting as it is opening day for deer hunting season. Then that evening we have to go and babysit our other nieces (one of them has cerebral palsy) while their parents go to see KISS in concert. So I have a very busy week until Sunday. But if I see that eggie on my monitor don't bet that we won't make time for that BD'ing. LOL. Can't leave the major thing out.

Also yesterday, my brother-in-law had a family meeting with all of us and he wants us to get in on his business. He has a store online for guys: the manstore.net. He started this last year with a friend of his and now his friend is out. So he wants us to get in on it because he says he can't do it on his own. So we all have to think about it and decide if we want to or not. One upside of it is if we do I can get my computer fixed at home. That will be cool. I would help out taking pictures of items and help put them on the Web site (because I'm a picture freak and I am always taking pictures). That doesn't sound too hard to me. Then eventually after we pay for all our shares in the business we would start making profits off the sales. So anyway, that's the just of what's going on with me right now.

Hope all the rest of you are hanging in there and BD'ing at all the right times! Sorry about the novel ...

Love, Jenn
