Jenn's Diary Entries

Diary Navigation:

September 6, 2001

Lo and behold we seen a heartbeat and heard it too. It was funny cause when the doc told me to hold my breath so we could hear it, Cory held his breath too. It was soo cute. LOL
We were very much relieved after that though. It felt soo good to hear it and see it. When I had my last m/c, at the ultrasound at 10 weeks, is when they told us I would miscarry soon. So we never got to experience this.
I will go next week for another sono and then 2 weeks from then for another. Unless something happens between now and then. Then I will go sooner. I think it is great that my fertility doctor is watching me sooo closely. She is great!

Well we got a card from my mother this week. She was saying how much she cares for us and she's here for us and all that. But she still acts like she is the one going through this. She said ,last night on the phone after knowing what happened at the appt, I am so relieved. I said yeah Cory felt soo much better after that. She said Him, I have been so antsy all week. What does she think we have been going through? Nothing.
Anyways I wrote a letter to her telling her how I feel and hope she doesn't get mad, But if so, oh well. She'll get happy eventually. She's not gonna make me feel like this and not know about it.I know she is excited already and everything but she is soo dramatic and exaggerated about everything it pisses me off.

But anyways, like I told cory, it doesn't matter what she says or thinks, it's our baby and not hers. lol

Well take care and best of luck to all the rest of you.

Marianne, hang in there-you'll make it and everything will be fine!

Hugs, Jenn
