June 20, 2000
Hi girls! Well today I am 6 weeks PG!! I went to my first appointment yesterday. I couldn't do the blood work because they told me not to eat anything for two hours prior but didn't tell me not to drink anything and I had a Mountain Dew (caffeine free) right before I got there, so I couldn't do the blood work. So I had my exam and she said everything looked great and she asked us a ton of questions about our family medical history. She told me what to be eating and told me to drink lots more water. She told me to drink 10 glasses of water a day so last night when we got home DH told me "You've only had three glasses, drink up!" He's a turkey!
But I love him a whole bunch. And for Father's Day I got him a card and I bought him a magnetic picture frame that says "I love my Daddy" around it. He thought it was cute! So my EDD is Valentine's Day 2001. That's cool, too but my cousin had her baby this year on Valentine's Day and I don't want my baby to have to share their birthday with a holiday. I mean, what's the chance of me actually having the baby on my EDD? But you never know. So I go on July 17 for a sonogram.
I'm not too sure if I want to move to the Pregnancy Today diaries. I might not continue my diary experience. I'll have to think about it. This will be my last entry here. Thanks for letting me share my TTC experience with you all. And best of luck to you all.
Good Luck and *******baby dust******* to all!!!!
