Jenn's Diary Entries

Diary Navigation:

May 11, 2001

Well ladies. I don’t have much to report but I thought I’d better write something so those who do read my diary would know I’m still around. lol

Well this weekend is Mother’s Day. We always spend that day with my in-laws. We usually go out to a park and just lounge around and play all day. So that’s what I’ve got planned.

I’m going to my Grandma’s tomorrow. I am going to give her, her present for Mother’s
Day. She is not doing too well right now. Well some of you may remember, but she was diagnosed with Parkinson’s earlier this year. Well now she is fighting with low blood pressure and they cannot figure out why. She will get real lightheaded and just fall for no reason. Well my mom and her brother think that someone needs to move in with her to be with her all the time but I’m not too sure that’s such a good idea. I mean she’s already depressed because of her health and I just think this will make it worse. I guess we’ll see. They are gonna talk to her on Mother’s Day. What a great Mother’s Day present huh!?

Then tomorrow night I think Cory and I are gonna out to eat and to see a movie at the drive-in. We enjoy going there. Do any of you still have a drive-in close to you?

We got a new porch swing last weekend and a cool new sprinkler. I love both of them and DH is so sweet for buying them. Lol. So last night we watched the last show for Survivor out on the porch so we could sit in our new swing. A lot of people driving by were turning their heads. We probably looked like a bunch of rednecks but it was comfy and cool. Lol

Well only until the end of this month until we TTC again. YAHOO! I’m gonna try not to be as obsessed about it this time around. TRY is the key word here. I spoke with my RE the other day and asked her if there was anything I should do before we TTC again and she said if we want to be real aggressive about it we can have a follicle scan on CD 13 or 14 and we could also do a post coital test. But for the first few cycles I think we won’t do those things. We’ll just see what fate brings us.

Well I better cut this off now.
All take care and congrats to all the new mommies. A lot of dust flying around so I’m trying to grab some and stash it away until I really need it.

Love and Hugs, Jenn
