Well girls. I had my HSG finally. Also got results of my biopsy. Well I was scheduled to have my HSG on Wednesday afternoon. So Dh and I went in for my appt and they said the doctor was not gonna be there. Which pissed the both of us off since we had both taken the day off. So they rescheduled me for the following morning. So I call in to work and tell them what's going on, remember this is only my third week there... So the following morning Dh and I get up and go again. So we get there and the doctor is actually there. I was nervous but I think Cory was more nervous than I. LOL. So we get in there and wait a while up on that little table for the doc. All the while we are both nervous little ninnies. So finally she comes in and first thing she does is feel my hands . She says that she always likes to feel the patients hands to see how nervous they are. Well needless to say I was nervous. So anyways, she then inserts the catheter, which was a very dull, lightly unconfortable feeling. Then she gets me all laid back and gets the TV monitor turned on. Then I can see the dye starting to go up in my tubes. Man I thought one of them was neverending. It went on forever and looked like a maze. The whole time I am squeezing Cory's hand very hard for no reason at all. LOL Both my doc and the radiologist say how beautiful my tubes are. So no blockages yeah!!!!! It's all over soon. Nothing to worry about at all but you know me, I'll be nervous for everything. I think the biopsy was worse than this. Way!!!!!
So now that my tubes are clear and Dh's s/a was great, off the pills end of May and on to some major babymaking. Not sure if RE will want to test my hormones again or not. We'll see. I'm so hoping that after these pills I am good to go.
As for the biopsy, nothing there! Yeah! Have to go back in 6 mths for another pap but for now nothing needs to be done!!! YES!!!
My new boss pissed me off yesterday. Well he called me into his office and as you all know that my first HSG was cancelled when we got there- no phone calls. So he asked me why I didn't come in at all that day. I said well my appt was at 1:40 and when we got there it was cancelled. We drove together, so I couldn't just go back to work. Well yesterday when I did go for the HSG I missed a class on something that I don't even do and probably won't do for a few years. ok. So he says well couldn't they have rescheduled it for another time than today. I said no they have to do it a certain time of the month. He said ok I don't need to know anymore. Well I'm glad cause I'm not gonna tell you. MY god!!!! I really don't think this was any of his business. I have the sick time to use and I had already scheduled the first whole day off and it was ok with them. It just pissed me off. I hope he isn't always like this! I won't be able to work for him.
Anyways, good news!!!
Best of luck to all of the rest of you!!!!
Jenn
