Hey all, sorry you are getting my diaries a week late but I am sooooo busy at work right now. I ended up staying til 8 p.m. at work last night trying to get scholarship files in order. It's chaos I tell you. I spent eight hours yesterday fixing applications from one program!!! I have 52 programs; that is insane.
We have snow! The rooftops are covered with snow this morning, everyone. Winter has arrived.
Rant time! Things are not going well on the TTC front. I am currently cd 19 dpo5 and spotting AGAIN!!!! I am taking 5 mg of progesterone everyday at bedtime and it seems to be making things worse, not better. Generally my temps are pretty normal pre-O 36.4 to 36.6 (97.5 to 97.9 F) and after O 36.8 to 37 (98.2 to 98.6 F). Usually post-O my temps are 37 and stay there for several days. This month at dpo4 my temp dropped to 36.6 which is my coverline! Today they are back up slightly to 36.8 but they haven't yet reached my normal 37.
Also, the doctor gave me the progesterone to stop my after-O spotting. It isn't working right now. I started spotting at dpo1 as usual. I took the progesterone and the spotting stopped. I was so hopeful that this was all we needed to help us. Then yesterday, I noticed about an hour before I was to take the prog I started cramping and spotting again. I took the prog at my normal time and am still cramping and spotting. I am very upset as my doctor won't see me until Dec. 13!!!!!!! I asked for a prog test to see what my levels are after getting the prog and they won't fill out the request that I need to take to the clinic. I am looking for an OB/GYN as my doctor is that and a family practitioner. I have had it with her receptionist blowing me off and my doctor not helping me at all. I am quite upset that I can't get anyone to talk to me. Don't get me wrong, I am still hopeful about TTC, and glad that DH is supportive and understanding. I am just frustrated with my situation. If anyone is in London, ON and knows of a good OB/GYN here that is taking new patients please post on my board.
My friend Bec just told me she was PG and I am so happy for her. Congrats, Bec this is your time to shine, baby!!!!!!
Gotta get ready for work. Later ladies.
GO LEAFS GO!
Courtney
