TTC#2 CY1 CD28

I am back, and I will start from the beginning. On Sunday night I couldn't stand it anymore so I went out and bought a clear blue easy test, which is supposed to be very sensitive. I peed on the little stick like I was supposed to do and the darned test turned out to be invalid!! Thank goodness that I had gotten a two pack.
I got up Monday morning and tested at 4am, sleepily I thought I saw a very, very, very, faint second line. It was almost not there, and I figured I was imagining things from the half alert state I was in. I got up at 6 am retested with a different brand test and it was a big fat ---.
I went to work and asked one of my co-workers to put it a beta HCG (quant of hcg in the blood) so I had the blood drawn, and patiently waited for 6 hours, to see a result of 8. I NEVER ever have hcg in my blood, and I started to suspect that maybe I was pg. So, over the next few days I retested in the morning and started to see two lines! On Wednesday night we carved pumpkins and I cut the top off of the pumpkin that dh was supposed to carve and attached the pg test to the inside of the pumpkin lid with string and a paperclip.
It took forever for dh to open the top of he pumpkin, but when he fianlly did to put the candle inside he started laughing and hugging me right away. I had a friend over who took pictures of the whole thing, so I will have to post them. I am still in shock that I am pg again so quickly, I feel bad seeing so many of these great ladies who have been here so long, not get the ++ right away! I am sending +++ vibes to y'all.
My official due date is July 12th, and I have my first appt Nov 21st. I will be 6wk5days. I will stay here until then just because I am paranoid that anything could happen, lots of women MC. I am feeling a bit nauseated at times, and tired but other than that not much yet.
Take care ladies and ++++ vibes to everyone,
Corinn and "peanut jr"
