Hi Everyone!
I've been doing cartwheels all week long!!! What a great week! AF finally showed up on CD36 and I couldn't of been more happy. How strange, I can remember the days when I begged that she wouldn't show up, now I can't wipe the grin off my face! You all must think I'm going nuts, but really I'm not! It's just that now I can officially start the "BD". The cramps were excruciating, but I hear that's completely normal for your first AF following a M/C. I feel healed!!! LOL.
I still feel the "blues" once in awhile, but I really try not to let it get me down. Its just that DH & I have had so much tragedy in our lives that I REFUSE to let it get the better of us. I can wallow in self pity or I can pick myself up and be thankful for everyday that I get to spend in the arms of my lovely husband...so many people have so much less!
Speaking of DH, he is getting ready to take his PGA test. I don't think I mentioned it before, but DH is practicing to become a PGA professional. Golf is his life!!! Once he passes this test, he will enter an apprenticeship program that lasts about 1 to 2 years. During those two years he will be teaching golf a Country Club. I don't think I have ever seen so much perseverance in any man before (except my father). He quit his day job so he could practice every day for about 5 hours, and then he heads off to work at his night job. We hardly ever see each other, but it's all worth it to know he will be spending the rest of his life at a job he absolutely loves! Not to mention, I will also get to fulfill my dream of being an at-home mommy!
Well I better go for now, I'm sending +++ thoughts out to everyone!
