Hi Everyone!! Well, my doctor's appointment went great on last Fri. The doctor got
called
out to perform a delivery so I was seen by the nurse practitioner. As
much as I love my OBGYN (male), I found comfort in seeing the nurse
practitioner who was female. She took time to talk to me. I was a
little distraught after having to sit in the waiting room with 6 PG
women and she seemed to understand that. During the examination, she
told me she also had a m/c and shared with me her D&C experience. It
made me feel better knowing that she knew exactly what I was going
through!! Now for the good news...everything has healed just fine and I can start
TTC after this cycle. I'M SO EXCITED!!! At first I was told I would have
to wait two cycles, but now that is not necessary. YEA!! She also told
that my irregular temps and CM was perfectly normal after a D&C. The PG
hormones are still present in my body and usually take about 4 to 6 weeks to
completely disappear. These PG hormones are causing the strange
patterns, and is most likely the reason why AF hasn't come for a visit. So here I am on CD34, approx.12DPO and anxiously awaiting the arrival of
AF. I never thought I would be so happy to see her visit! Brighter days are here again!!! Take care, and have a wonderful week! Christy
