Jen & Jake's Diary EntriesDiary Navigation: |

Hey ladies....
Another week gone, thank goodness... one more to go. Looks like I ovulated around the 13th, maybe a day sooner, not sure. I took my last OPK last Friday and it was positive -- but I had MAJOR EWCM on the 13th. I'm talking, MAJOR. SOOOOOOO... Not exactly sure when, but we BD'd all days and those surrounding them. So now , guess what? WE WAIT! This is the hard part, as we all know so well. Well, if I ovulated when I think I did, then I expect my period next weekend. I will test after the 27th if AF hasn't shown. *Praying*
The rest of the week has been emotional, to say the least. I'm trying to be a good friend to the eight couples we know right now that are pregnant, that we see at least twice a week each! And they all go on about names, and finding out the sex, and kicks and twinges that I can only dream about. Which is odd, too -- about four nights ago I had the most REAL dream that I was taking a pregnancy test with my other friends and mine was positive. It was a dial though -- not a line in a window. Hard to explain...but I woke up with the biggest pit in my stomach, I wanted it so badly. I almost feel like I'm falling behind.
Jake is convinced this month is it. We shall see. I'm really trying hard not to expect it, or get disappointed if it doesn't happen again, but every time AF shows, I feel like some kind of failure, or like someone who isn't fit to be a mother if I can't even produce. Ridiculous I know.......
Till next week, just before I test.
Jen
