Well, I am not ovulating because I got the peak on the monitor but no temp rise, and AF comes about eight days later. This last cycle was only 18 days; that makes the third cycle like that. This cycle I am on Vitex, which I have heard is like the herbal Clomid and I am hoping it will actually help with ovulation. My ovary pains are starting so I hope it’s soon. I also go back to the doctor on Friday and I hope she will help, because everyone around me is getting pregnant and it’s making me crazy, LOL.

My sister tonight just told me she’s pregnant, and another online friend is as well ... and we all were ovulating about the same time, so I was quite bummed about that. It’s just when I start to feel good, I get these little bits of news and I am hurting again. I know my sister didn’t want to tell me but she knew I would be upset if she would have kept it from me. I just hope I am not far behind her.

I have been sewing again. I made the “I spy” quilt for my son, and it turned out great. I am making myself and my youngest polar fleece vests. I have a friend who makes cloth diapers (http://bellybunz.homestead.com/index.html) and I can’t wait to have a baby so I can make them too. I really would like to get a serger but haven’t found one that isn’t over $200 yet. I am so bad with tension, though, that I am afraid I will get it and get so frustrated that I don’t use it.
