Cherylyn R's Diary Entries

Diary Navigation:

October 3, 2000

Hello everyone! I have not had an entry for the past two weeks because I was not notified of the change in editors and I was sending my entries to Rachel. I did write them and now they are lost forever. I find it odd though that they did not come back to me.

Well, there isn't a whole lot to report on TTC this week. I am currently on CD 49 and no O. At least I haven't seen one. I am using Fertility Friend and am thinking of asking one of their experts to look at my cycle. You see, since I switched insurances I have not had an OB/GYN that is covered.

The one I went to in May after the miscarriage is not covered and is very expensive (aren't they all though?). I dread going to my family doctor to ask for a referral because the last time I was there was the day before I had my miscarriage and as far as they know I am still PG. I don't really want to have to explain everything to them. I know I have to since I am due for my annual in November but I am trying to put it off as long as possible!

Two weeks ago my DH and I found a kitten in our garage. He was so tiny we couldn't put him back outside so we took him in to find him a good home. My HAVING picked the kitten up and him biting me had no influence on that decision at all! We took him to the vet and spent a large sum on the vet bill so he is ours! His name is Hobbs (my DH named him) and he is cute as can be. The day we took him to the vet he only weighed 15 ounces! I am sure he is past that now with the way he eats! He is a little cream-colored tabby. When we first brought him in he was really quiet and didn't want to play or anything and now he is wild! While I am getting ready in the morning he bites my toes and if I don't pay attention to him he tries to climb my leg! He will grow out of that eventually, thank goodness!

Congrats to Janet! I hope some of her PG dust rubs off on the rest of us! Good luck to those testing soon and **************baby dust to everyone!
