Cherylyn R's Diary Entries

Diary Navigation:

July 28, 2000

This is so exciting! I have learned so much through the other diaries that I am so glad that I am now a part of it.

Well, I am on CD 31 and I still have not O'd . I don't suppose that I am going to since it is so late. All of this is still such a new experience for me. I really hope that this is not my new trend! All I have really done this month is wait and wait and wait. At least with a regular cycle you have some milestones to look forward to!

We had some bad news last week. My grandmother had surgery for a tumor that they thought was in her stomach and it turned out to be ovarian cancer. It was completely encased in her ovary so they think that they got it all. Praise God! It was a complete shock to us all.

I told my sister about the miscarriage this weekend. I know how awful it was to keep it from her this long but there never seemed to be the right time to tell her. I was afraid of how she would react but she was OK with it. I guess I knew how I would feel if the tables were turned and I was sure that she would be mad at me. My sister is almost like a second mother to me except that I do not see her as much as I used to.

Nothing much else has happened this week. Talk to you soon.
