Hi everyone,
One week down and three to go before my
ultrasound!
Thanks to all who wrote in on my board with information and positive stories about spotting during pregnancy! It really has helped me feel more confident that everything is OK. I have been feeling much better about this pregnancy lately because all symptoms are in full force! I am still having morning sickness, fatigue and breast soreness. Now add constipation and gas (what a combo!).
My spotting has reduced considerably since my last entry. Sunday and Monday I had no spotting at all and it has been very light Tuesday and today. I am hoping this is the end of it. It is still brown in color and the doctor has told me not to worry about it unless it is bright red.
I am enrolled in an early pregnancy class tonight! I am looking forward to hearing what they have to say and asking lots of questions. DH was disappointed that I scheduled the class on an evening that he is not free, but I didn't think he really needed to attend this class with me. There will be lots more in the future that I will want to share with him.
Thanks to a recommendation from Leslie (precon writer), I bought a book called The Pregnancy Journal by Christine Harris. It has been wonderful to read every morning. It gives you a day to day account of the changes in your body and the development of your baby. I love it and recommend it to any other women early in their pregnancies.
Sorry for such a short entry, but there is not much to report this week.
Baby dust to everyone!!!!
Janet
