Disney

What was I thinking of when I decided to take this trip to Disney? I somehow forgot that this place is filled with thousands of children. And on top of it all, thousands of pg people and little tiny babies everyone. I just couldn't beleive all these crazy people bringing little tiny babies out in the heat- poor things. Other than that, the trip was nice. It was a nice time for Brendan and I just to put the last 2 years behind us and have a really good time without any interuptions. Believe it or not, I managed to get my computer geek husband to leave behing his computer, pager and Blackberry. He insisted on taking the phone just in case so I was glad to have that. We went to the parks every morning early and then came back to the hotel to swim by mid afternoon. It was 95 degrees in the shade! The humidity was terrible- I learned my lesson though. Never again will I go to Florida in the summer- way too hot!

I think the highlight of the trip was seeing the space shuttle take off. When my husband found out that we were only an hour away, it was his sole mission to get there. So we rented a car and drove over and I actually have to admit, I am glad that we went. Seeing that shuttle take over was amazing. Because of all the 9/11 stuff, you couldn't get on the island even close to it so we were all the way across the bay. The weather was hot and hazy so you could barely see the outline of the shuttle across the water. But there was no mistaking it when they lite the engines and it took off. The weirdest part was it took almost a minute for the sound of the engines to get all the way across the bay to us. Even anyone ever gets the opportunity to see it, it is worth it. I hope to have all the pictures of the trip on line in a day or two.

TTC

We are officially taking a break for the next few months. There is just too much going on with selling the current house and getting moved, that I just needed a break. We have pretty much decided that in about August we are going to start researching clinic again and start donor insemination. We even narrowed down our donors to 3 and we are just waiting the their profiles and childhood pictures. Its really exciting!

Anyone who reads that is from Md, DC of VA that can mention a good clinic, I gladly take the suggestions. Any other clinic besides Shady Grove that is- I am not at all pleased with them.

Other than that, nothing much is happening. Just trying to relax and enjoy the wonderful weather we are having.

Hugs to all,
J
