Candace W's Diary Entries

Diary Navigation:

February 18, 2002

Okay, this is it. Finally, and truly it! I am getting the usual pre-AF brown cm (yuck, sorry!) and after AF ends, the BD fest begins! I am so excited I can barely contain myself. After spending such a long time waiting, and finally the time has come! I know someone out there keeps track of how long it takes a writer to get pregnant, so the official stats on me, are that we have not been ttc *at all*. This will be our first cycle. I never thought I’d be looking forward to AF, but I am.

I went to the Craig Medical website, and I found myself ordering more (yes more!) pregnancy tests, the AIM stick type (20 micrograms hcg), as well as new thermometer, and a “lucky” package (I hope!) of OPKs. So, I have far more stuff than I originally planned. It just seems to keep collecting in my box!
I hate to admit it, but I also have done the same thing with maternity clothes. I bought quite a bunch of clothes in September here, in hopes I would be able to convince Al that any time was a good time. It obviously didn’t work. Anyway, I got all clothes that would serve me well in the winter months of my pregnancy, when I would be huge, if I got pregnant according to plan.

I expect AF to be here by the 21st, maybe the 20th. Anyway, I am looking forward to actually have something to write about. I imagine that is why no one bothers to read my diary, because nothing ever happens! Ha!

It looks like March is going to be a big month for many of the writers (and don’t think I don’t feel pressured, already, LOL)…it seems like many of us are coming off of a break, or starting again. I hope March is a good month to us all…
