Candace W's Diary Entries

Diary Navigation:

January 1, 2001

Happy new year, everyone! Al and I spent a quiet evening at home, watching some movies that we rented. I have never gone out for New Year's, and I would like to continue the trend.

Not much new to report on the TTC efforts. We're thinking now of starting in March. I have finally come to the conclusion that I will get a titer taken to see if I'm immune to chicken pox. Also, when Alexandria gets her chicken pox shot next week, if I don't get it, I'll assume I'm immune. Ha, ha.

Well, we're looking at getting a new car (well, buying a used car -- that will be new to us!) so that I can take Alexandria to day care when I go back to school full time. I also got off my lazy rear-end for the first time in a while, and jumped on the treadmill for 55 minutes. I felt pretty good, but now I remember why I try not to exercise at 11 at night. I found I was tossing and turning, and my muscles hurt, and I could hardly sleep. I finally fell asleep for the last time at around 2 a.m. I am not sure if I can continue to do this if I can't fall asleep right away. There's only so much sleep I can lose before I'll fall over and die.

Well, that's all for this week. I hope everyone is doing well in their efforts!

Candace
