Hi everyone!!!!! I think I finally O'd. I was due to O on Saturday but possibly due to my being sick it was delayed. My OPK finally came up ++++ yesterday (Tuesday) so we DTD last night and this afternoon. I've had lots of lovely clear slippery EWCM so hopefully this is 'the month.'When I fell pg with the baby we lost, I stacked on 6 kilos in 3 months (I was skinny). When we lost the baby I expected the weight to fall off immediately - 5 months later, I'm still waiting. Now this doesn't bother me - much. Most of my clothes no longer fit me but I keep thinking soon I'll be pg so it won't matter. I have a pair of jeans that were always my 'fat jeans' they're now my regular jeans and I've worn them to death. We have a wedding to go to on Sunday, I pulled out the dress I wanted to wear, I was a bit concerned as it used to be a snug fit. WELL it wouldn't even do up. LOT (lots of tears). So today, I decided to go shopping -- and go shopping I did! And I feel much better -- as well as some every day clothes, I bought a beautiful flowing dress that hides my new bulge's, and if we ever manage to fall pg again (sometimes it feels like we won't) it will be wonderful to hide a bigger bulge for some time.
I read in Jen's diary that she hates it when people say to her, "Just relax and it will happen." UGH!!!! I HATE THAT. I also hate it when people say "Enjoy it." Anyone that has ever said that has never had to have sex for days in a row hoping to hit that 'right day.'
Well, this is the start of the long wait; I'm going to try hard and fill my life so I don't think about all the symptoms that start appearing about 2 days post O. Good luck to all those playing the waiting game.
Keep Smiling
Becky
