Annie's Diary Entries

August 27, 2003

Goodness gracious, where does the time go? Well I am just wondering where my EGG went. I have been using OPKs this cycle....thinking I really don't need them b/c I have lots of O signs ...anyways, just to be on the safe side I use OPK. OK now this is funky. I have EWCM on CD 11. OK so I start using the OPK and get a negative for 2 days. I went away for the weekend and forgot to take them but resumed right back on Monday CD 16. Negative times 3 days this week and no O pain. But this is the part that gets me, I still have EWCM even on Monday. Is that normal to have EWCM for 5 days? Well the BD only happened once, much to my dismay. The TTC can be sort of obsessive with BD and since my DH and I only see each other on weekends...well that doesn't help. Like I said in my previous post, DH doesn't want to know the details of baby making 101 but if I do not make is super clear, we miss our chance (my DH is also on medication for surgery he recently had and if he is not in pain, he is drugged and sleepy). Now I did have a major meltdown last weekend. He is saying, relax, one missed month, no big deal. and I am FREAKING OUT. You see one month, then another month. Next thing you know 2 years have gone by. I told him "Do you want a baby or not?" . I don't think he really understands the time frame we are working with because baby, I am not getting any younger.
So I turn to my faith (still in the baby steps) and just pray for patience and understanding with all of this.
Now I just feel bloated, fat, and tired. Not a good combination, ah tomorrow I will start that diet/exercise/healthier lifestyle plan! HA
