Hello!
Well, to say the least, our Christmas was interesting. My mom has been having some health problems that have been escalating and made Christmas Eve interesting. To make the story short, she passed out twice after we opened presents and we had to call an ambulance and spent most of the night at the emergency room. DH and I got home around 1:00 a.m. and still had to open presents and then be at his parents' house by 8:00 a.m.. On the positive side, Lee had a ton of presents. I, however have been demoted. I am no longer his favorite, his favorite is now Uncle Mark. That little boy has his Uncle Mark wrapped around his little finger, though. As a last minute gift, I had to run out to the toy store (which is a nightmare on Christmas Eve) to buy a bicycle helmet for Lee to wear so he can ride bikes with DH.
I have been painting on our bedroom furniture. I am so pleased with the way it is turning out. I'd like to try to get done with it all before school starts back on Jan. 8th. This will be my last term and I can not wait. This last term is going to be a lot of work, though. I have to write my thesis paper this term.
I still haven't tested yet. I have decided to wait until I am a week late. Keep your fingers crossed!!!!!
Angela
