Amy's Diary Entries

Diary Navigation:

October 10, 2000

TTC #1, CD#33, C#19

This will be a short entry even though I have so much to say! I have just been so unbelievably busy that I miss my deadline about every other week! Sorry!!!! I will try to do better!

Well, let's see -- still not PG! But, I do have info regarding my insurance -- they are paying for my surgery!!!!!!!!!! YIPPPEEEEE!!!! My RE wrote a letter and they will pay for the surgery and he's working on getting everything covered because I have a disease which causes me to see him. We'll see what happens.

I have been worried about getting AF in a reasonable amount of days because I was informed that my RE and his nurse were going on a vacation and my cycle would have to wait until November to go. However, after many tears and worry, I learned this afternoon that they will send me to another clinic to continue with my shots! Whew!!! I was so scared that I would not be able to get started and another month would pass. But, when my nurse called, she said that I am prime and need to continue on. They say that after they remove endometriosis, it can come back up to a year later -- so, my best chances to get PG are within this time frame. I pray that our time is soon -- along with so many others here on the boards! I am sprinkling PG dust on all of us!

I will write more when I begin the shots. I just hope that no cysts reappear. I will be so devastated! Thanks for all of the encouragement and positive words! I appreciate all of you so much and couldn't do this without all of my TTC teammates!

Lots of love and PG ******************* dust!
