Aimee's Diary Entries

February 10, 2000

Hello Everyone,

How is everyone today? I am just writing to fill you in on my week. I can't say there is much to fill you in on, though... I should be O'ing on Saturday. I have been using my fertility monitor. I am wondering if any day now it will say high fertility instead of low fertility. It has been low from day 6 (only day 8 today). Guess I need to work on my patience, again! I just have this over-eagerness to conceive. I know all of you understand where I'm coming from.

Yesterday was DH's brother's birthday (Tim). He turned 35. We are going over to his house tonight for dinner. His girlfriend is cooking dinner and having the family over to celebrate. She is great! We are hoping we will have a wedding soon. They moved in together right after our wedding in October. We asked her about the two of them getting married and that wasn't the best question I could have asked her. So, I have decided to let her come to me when they decide the time is right. I don't want to be known as the "nosey" sister in law. That is not good... I'm excited about going tonight.

We still have not told anyone in our families about TTC. I really want to tell DH's mom because I feel we are close enough to talk about it, but don't want to jinx our chances and have her asking all the time how things are going. Does that make sense? I really think that they all know anyway, but don't want to ask. I really wanted to tell her to get on the Internet and read our diary, but I held back. DH thought that she was not Internet friendly yet. I guess when the time is right... it will come out. Maybe I'll be PG and can tell her that good news. That would be better than telling her we are TTC.

What else? Well, DH is working on his resume. He wants to find another job where he will be appreciated. I think that is a good idea because the company he works for does not recognize the hard working employees, they seem to recognize their friends that work there. Politics!

Tomorrow will be 2 weeks till my 24th Birthday. Looking forward to that. I usually am dreading it, but for some reason, this year, I'm looking forward to it.

Well, now that I have bored all of you... till next time!

Take care and God Bless! ++++++++ Thought and lots of PG ************

With Love,
Aimee
