Waiting and waiting some more

CD#9, ttc#1 since December 2005

Well hello everyone. As you can see I am waiting for the big o to come around. The only bad thing about having long cycles, so that when you are ttc, you have to wait a week longer than some people. Ugh. I have been on 35 day cycles for the last couple of months, with the exception of last month, I had a 34 day cycle. So, I am still almost a week from the o and just waiting. It's probably a good thing this month, because Jake will be gone hunting the month from cd11-14, so we would miss some quality bding time. What he doesn't know is that as soon as he gets back, we will be on a every other day schedule until I get peak on my monitor, then we will go like crazy. Sorry if TMI. I am having a very good feeling about this month, so we will see what happens. Not much else to report.

Easter was wonderful. We had lunch at my mom and dad's house and celebrated her 50th bday which is tomorrow. Then we went to dh's parent's house for dinner. It was great. Jake entertained my 3 and half year old nephew for hours and then when he was ready to cuddle he came to me. What a cutie. My niece was adorable too. Seeing them with dh makes me want to make him a father so much, it's hard to put into words.

As much as I will miss dh, it will be nice to have a weekend to myself. I am having a jewlery party while he is gone and planning on getting some work done around the house. He just doesn't know that I want to get stuff done. It's all stuff that he knows about, I would just like to finish stripping the paint off the door frames and start staining, so when he gets back, we can hang the trim in the kitchen finally. That will be the day!

I think my novel has gone on long enough. I hope everyone has a wonderful week and weekend. And good luck to any 2 week waiters.
