lyrics... 9.13.07
September 13, 2007
, like just about everyone in the world, have a myspace. Recently I discovered that you could put in an entire "playlist" of songs (used to be just one song at a time). I added a bunch of new stuff tonight... and one of the songs was "Blessed" By Elton John. It's so rare to hear a song that pertains to infertillity (although not sure how much infertillity he experiences??) so I felt like I needed to share the lyrics here and get everyone on board of the "blessed" bus!!
As for our "journey". We're in an extended cycle now (no meds, etc) and waiting on dh's dr to get his act together and stick out with the appt. (we've been moved twice now, presently it's scheduled for mon). So... we'll see. And...if ur interested my myspace is www.myspace.com/manderz1979
(lyrics below)
Blessed by Elton John
Hey you, youre a child in my head
You havent walked yet
Your first words have yet to be said
But I swear youll be blessed
I know youre still just a dream
Your eyes might be green
Or the bluest that Ive ever seen
Anyway youll be blessed
And you, youll be blessed
Youll have the best
I promise you that
Ill pick a star from the sky
Pull your name from a hat
I promise you that, promise you that, promise you that
Youll be blessed
I need you before Im too old
To have and to hold
To walk with you and watch you grow
And know that youre blessed
