Am I ovulating???
August 7, 2006
Okay... your guess is as good as mine... whatdya think?
Last month O day was day 13-14. They doubled the dosage of clomid... can that make it creep up? I haven't been tracking as well as I did last month... but regardless, this is just strange!
I didn't sleep well last night. I went to sleep at 11, woke up at 2, then again at 4:45 and fell back to sleep at 5:30. I then woke up for the day an hour later. (Yup... gonna be tired today!). Anyhow... I know you need "at least three hours" of good sleep to do a waking temp. I usually take mine about 5:30 or 6... this morning I took it at 4:45 because I figured "it's close to three hours". It was within the norm at 96.5. After I woke up and had begun getting ready for the day (had made breakfast) it was 95.3... a whole degree and two tenths lower! Usually you go up when you start moving and waking up (temp wise). So, I was thinking "hmm? maybe I temp'd too early?". So... I went and took an OPK which showed a dark line but wasn't as thick as the control line.
So... any guesses? Am I ovulating?
Tonight or tomorrow I'll take a picture of the OPK (a new one) and repost it with the entry!
Regardless, if I did ovulate, we bd'd all night last night (hah, you're so jealous!). And... we'll probably go ahead and go at it at least once a week all this week (possibly the morning and at night each day, to secure the deal).

It's weird how every time we finish and I think "this could have been it" I'm brought back to our honeymoon, when we got pregnant the last time. I remember the act and not even thinking "this could result in pregnancy". ...how I would have taken better care of myself if I had thought that.
Regardless, I'm doing the robbotussin every day and prenatal vitamins too. (speaking of which, I need to buy a new bottle, I lost my other one and my last vitamin was taken yesterday!).
Okay folks... it's going to be a busy few weeks at work. We have a big inspection coming soon... so I may be on here less and less until the end of the month. ...my 27'th birthday is Sept 4, and I think I'm going to test on that day (or at least that weekend) if I haven't gotten my period by then. How cool of a birthday gift would that be?! ...although I'll probably test the Friday before so that we can "announce" it that Monday (my actual birthday) since our family will be around, cause it's Labor Day!
Take it easy, enjoy, bd, and baby dust to us all...
Amanda
