Anne Dimon, spa and wellness travel consultant and founder and editor of TraveltoWellness.com, says that a day or two at a spa is a particularly good getaway for couples who are trying to conceive, because the focus is on relaxation and rejuvenation. "A spa visit is a way couples can take care of their relationship and take care of themselves," she says. "People are so busy in everyday life they often only allow themselves to be pampered when they take time out to take a vacation."
