A Man's Fertility
8 Ways to Improve Male Fertility
Having a less-than-optimal sperm count isn't the end of the world. While conceiving may be a little more difficult, there are ways to improve your fertility before seeking expensive treatments. Hopeful dads can take these steps to improve their chances of making a baby:

2. Avoid heating up the testicles.3. Wear boxers, not briefs.

If you have been diagnosed with a low sperm count, limit your bike riding time. The friction and jostling can cause temperature rises and possible injury. Want to see more?
