How to Kick the Smoking Habit
Tips to Help You Stop Smoking

Write a list of all the reasons why you want to stop smoking and pin them up all around your home and workplace as a constant reminder of why you are stopping. Here are a few you could use to help you: I want to give my baby a healthy start in life. I want to improve my own health. I don't want my children to become smokers. I want to save money. I don't want to be addicted to anything. I don't want to smell of smoke. Try adding your own. Good luck and don't give up. You can do it!
