"The thought is that if a man ejaculates too frequently, then each subsequent ejaculate will have less sperm," says Dr. Kurtzer. "Theoretically, this would mean a lower sperm count and less chance for an individual sperm to get to the egg and conception to occur. Despite this, one study demonstrated the highest fertility rates when a couple had daily intercourse."

"Men should only change the kind of underwear they wear if instructed by a physician," says Dr. Rodi. "Most men can wear any kind they want and still remain fertile."
