Where Have You Been Trying To Conceive?

Thanks to all who entered the Trying to Conceive Contest! We asked you to tell us the most interesting, humorous, dangerous, romantic or least convenient place you've done the dance (DTD) while trying to conceive, and you did! We've picked a winner, and we've listed the other amazing entries for all to see. Our winner received a $100 gift certificate from Inchant.com: fine lingerie, from everyday to risque -- congratulations!

THE WINNER

My husband and I went on a cruise recently and we found a hammock on one of the islands that was a port of call. Well, we decided to relax on it... but it somehow turned into something more. We got into the "spooning" position and slid the bathing suits over. I kept the hammock swinging by using my arm to push off of a chair that was next to us. We both kept our eyes closed so it would look like we were napping. There were hundreds of people around. It was invigorating. Unfortunately, we did not conceive that time, but we are expecting now. That was a fun memory. Thank you for the opportunity to share it.

OTHER GREAT ENTRIES

We were at our favorite restaurant, eating our favorite meal and talking about our favorite subject: the baby we wanted! I think it just must have been telepathic or something, but half way through my prime rib and his fettuccini, we ended up in the ladies room! And the best part, besides the fact that our dinner was still warm when we got back, was that IT WORKED!!! Our next pregnancy test was POSITIVE!!! Now we go to that restaurant even more often, but just for the nutrition and memories, of course! ;)
